If he was not a client of Cohen’s, which he has stated, what would he have had to disclose? And if he were a client of Cohen, why should he disclose it?

Exactly! Either way Hannity should be filing law suits.

There has to be some pushback by someone against these tactics.

The enemies within have attacked USA government and key pro-constitution USAians.

Sure seems to be an act of war by our enemies.

Wow, losing faith in the judiciary. Forcing him to name his clients. Fascism in the bench.

“Can someone explain how it is not dishonest for Hannitty to not have disclosed this since he is living off daily coverage of the story?”

Sure, here’s your explanation:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

"None of this is legal. The FBI can’t just shake people down looking for evidence. They need evidence first."

Your right, the whole thing is an assault on our legal system.

However, they're doing it with impunity...so far. They're certainly not going to stop themselves.

Well “Whoopie”, Sean Hannity talked with a lawyer. BIG DEAL, many of us talk with lawyers all the time. Good thing Cohen is a friend of Hannity, Comey could have charged Hannity some obnoxious fee for giving so legal advise him advice as is commonly done by a lot of lawyers.

Outside of keeping lawyer info private... what’s wrong with Hannity talking to Cohen?

They’d love to do Hannity in... but he can talk to anyone he wants... and the fact they are leaking or revealing what is in Cohen’s private practice... is the illegal thing that is going on!!

IF they don’t do something to hillary and barack.. I’m gonna’ explode. They are trying to paralyze our President and make sure no other man worth his salt.. or doesn’t belong to the deep state.. will ever run for that office!

I remember Attorney-Client privilege.

It’s a now-discarded concept that what is said between an attorney and his client are privileged and sacrosanct.

No longer.

I agree with you that Hannity should have disclosed that he has a relationship with Cohen. I feel it calls his credibility into question; particularly as it would have been such an easy thing to do, but the fact he did not do it makes it look shady.

Hannity is a long-time pro and should have known better. If it were, let’s say Maddow or “Tingle-Leg” Matthews, and Barry Soetoro’s lawyer Hannity himself would have been all over them.

Not unethical, not illegal, just kind of dumb and dissapointing. Particularly so because it just injects so much more noise into what is already a massive pile of garbage Conservatives have to deal with in America.

I have never seen anything like this in my life. It feels like we are in East Germany.

In 2005, I wrote "First we beat the Soviet Union. Then we became them."

All that's left now, is the formation of the Gulags and the subsequent roundups.

Mueller could care less about Sean Hannity or Michael Cohen..this is ALL about trying to unsit an elected United States President..by destroying ANYONE associated with President Donald Trump..his friends, his family, his administration..if you looked at Trump and smiled at him 10 years ago, Mueller will go after you

Since Mueller is allowed to raid President Trump’s office, then how come President Trump does not raid Mueller’s office.

This is not a one way street.

English much?

I am uncertain how a blind defense can be transparent, but the Bible speaks of removing a speck in your neighbors eye while ignoring the log in your own. Sean Hannity’s relationship with Cohen is certainly the comparative speck in this discussion. If it bothers you greatly, perhaps you should assess your priorities.

Reporter's sources aren't privileged anymore?

Attorney client privilege.

Reporter's confidential sources.

Doctor-patient confidentiality. (up next)

Do you get the feeling liberals/democrats are waging scorched earth warfare on Americans.... and they have been doing so for years.

Or are liberals/democrats just fanatics who are blinded by their own hatreds and biases as to the real reasons why their candidate lost and cannot accept defeat graciously?
