When I see my 35 year old DIL live in horrible intractible pain I want to cry and do cry. 35 years old and all she has to look forward to is increasing pain.
My daughter is 22 and is going the same route. I would trade places in a heartbeat if I could take her pain away. I have RA and live with pain, but I’m trying to stay off opioids as long as possible. I cannot take any OTCs because of my RA meds and I rarely sleep due to pain, but I figure the longer I hold out, the longer I’ll see some efficacy later.
It’s hard when you go from doing everything to not being able to do even little things like walk or sleep. I really wouldn’t wish it in anyone, but I hope every one of these bureaucrats contracts a chronic, painful illness. They are truly evil.
