President Donald Trump and his longtime attorney Michael Cohen both lost a court challenge related to the FBI’s seizure of Cohen’s documents they both claim are protected by attorney-client privilege.
Cohen had asked a federal judge for a temporary restraining order to stop federal prosecutors in Manhattan from viewing the information seized by the FBI until an independent third party, called a “special master,” be allowed to sort out what is protected by attorney-client privilege.

That seems more and more obvious each day, as all the electoral victories of the right are stymied by activist federal judges, deep state bureacrats, and the secret police of the FBI, NSA and CIA. If it's not an outright conspiracy (and the fellows over at Conservative Treehouse make a very strong case that it is) it might as well be. The outcome is indistinguishable.

I heard some of the “media” bobbleheads saying yesterday that, like Little Leftist Bobby Mueller, Little Leftist Kimmy Wood also walks on water and is one of the most perfect and popular people to have ever lived on the planet Earth. The perfect humanoid to bring down the President of the United States.
I think what really pisses people off is:
1) Blatant double standard between Washington insiders and everyone else.
2) Comey admits he considered Hillary to be the next president and handled the email investigation differently as a result.
3) Hillary ADMITS to felonies like mishandling of classified information and destroying evidence under subpoenaed and gets off scot-free where there is no evidence of criminality on Trump yet the investigation continues and
4) How stupid do top-level officials and media types think we are not to notice this????
The 2nd amendment of the constitution says that we do.
Without the will to actually use the items we are still allowed to keep and bear, though, those items are simply useless pieces of wood, metal, and/or plastic.

My guess is that The Deep State is trying to circle their wagons and swarm the President with a deluge of controversy with the intent of bringing it to the point that Trump won’t be able to respond to any single issue in an effective manner. Then when he does it will just be portrayed as and sound like he is whining and sniveling to the public.
Every politician uses that rhetoric while campaigning, thinking they mean it, we elect them....the neophyte gets to Washington and is promptly told "how the cow ate the cabbage" when he/she tries to stand for the people who elected them. Precious few are able to buck the 'old guard'.
We have a President who is desperately trying to make good on his promises/agenda....is having to fight for most if any ground gained. Stay with this President, at least he is trying 24/7 "for the American people"!

So does this mean that the judge knows the law covers Trump but he ruled against him on technicality?
This matter is definitely important enough to appeal to the Supreme Court.
