The Starbucks manager who called the police on two black customers for trespassing previously branded customers who didn't speak English 'rude'.
Holly Hylton managed the Center City Philadelphia store for a year and 'mutually parted ways' with the coffee chain after sparking a race row.
The 31-year-old asked the pair to leave after refusing to let them use the bathroom without buying anything, and called 911 when they stayed.
Video of the men, who were waiting for a friend, being dragged out in handcuffs sparked protests and forced the Starbucks chief executive to apologise.
Ms Hylton, a career hospitality manager, previously worked at Chipotle in 2009 and Smashburger in 2013, according to her social media.

Anywhere you work the company will generally part company so they have full control. ...further ANYTHING which looks like a set up for a lawsuit coming.
I turned in a women into a company who was boasting about her ‘fake accident’ so she and her attorney could collect in the lawsuit they were already in court about. She ran her mouth to the wrong person!
They were warned before ....so this was an in your face defiance.

Nobody needs to come up with excuses. Guys hanging out without buying anything are loitering and driving away legitimate business. Plain and simple. Nothing more needs to be argued. Nobody wants to eat around a bunch of homeless derelicts who are just hanging out.
She had every right to call the cops and Starbucks needs to support her. Let Starbucks turn into a safe haven for homeless loitering bums and see where their business goes.

I can think of a lot of coffee shops where having people milling around without buying wouldn’t be a problem at all, and I can think of some places where that could be a huge problem.
They probably put that woman’s life in danger.

I would imagine the manager was following Corporate policy of no loitering. The manager asked them to leave and they would not so she called the police.
I work at a college library. We often got outsiders wanting to sit there & read or study because they were avoiding the public libraries.
My family moved a lot when I was a child. The first thing I would do when we moved to a new town was ask a teacher where the town library was and ride my bike over. I did that from 4th grade on - so it was especially sad to see what happened when the homeless and violent established a new ‘flop’...
