He is mostly correct (obvious). The GOP congress has hamstrung the President, but it will be nothing in comparison to the open warfare we will see if they take the house. McConnell is awful in the Senate, but I cannot even imagine Schumer - still can’t see how they take the Senate though.
However, I am not as worried as many on the boob tube appear to be about a “blue wave.” I still see no real list of items to sell to the public - only open borders, unchecked immigration, higher taxes, obstruct/attack the President, etc etc. Ryan and McConnell really hurt the GOP going into the mid-terms with the ridiculous budget bill and the rats cheered for it because they knew how damaging it would be.
I also think there may be a few things break the President’s way between now and November involving the revealing of the deep state, some foreign policy wins, and I think Trump will be re-invigorated by the fight and get out there to make a difference. Each person he campaigns for and helps will owe him so in a political sense it is his big opportunity to further take control of the party if he gets another win in November.
I welcome the open warfare over treasonous snakes!

I had trepidation about Trump, but to date I say Roll on Buddy.
I don’t like the omnibus.
If Trump hoodwinked em and can direct that money to the Military, it eases my concern.
If he can give the dems a wedgie by using the troops on the border, that just kinda makes me smile.
All I know is 24/7 the Dems are whining how Trump is destroying the GOP

The Dems can win because there are so many (at least on FR) who hate the GOP and will sit home, allowing the Dems to win by default like they do every off year election.
These ‘Republicans’Consservative’ are motivated only to sit home not to vote - because they have upset tummies at not getting a perfect GOP, so they will take their Tums and watch from the luxury of some prison camp feeling just fine and all smirky with puffy chests about what they did.
The Dems on the other hand are very motivated to vote, regardless of candidate, platform etc. They just want DJT impeached or so weakened he cannot win 2020. And then the fun Bernie want will begin.
If only the self-righteous and sanctimonious were highly motivated and would vote, we’d have a different country. Sign & Portents: They stayed home this month, here in Wisconsin allowing a radical liberal to take a seat on our State Supreme Court. We had a two vote margin, now only one.
