It would be unconstitutional for Congress to prevent President Trump from firing Special Counsel Robert Mueller,

How would that work without sending the bill to POTUS?

They send it to POSTUS, he vetos and then what ? they have the votes of 2/3 of Congress to override ?

I was thinking about that too, very doubtful they could overturn a veto.
