She was given the apple on the plane, did not feel like eating it then and threw it in her carry-on. She wasn’t exactly smuggling agricultural goods.
The airline should have reminded, or not given the snack out so late.
“She wasnt exactly smuggling agricultural goods.”
No, she was exactly smuggling an agricultural good.
She, evidently, failed to read her I-94 card.
Be funny if the airline bought the fruit in the US. Who would have thought that airline dispensed fruit would have to be declared in the first place? Especially an American-flagged airline. This should go to the Supreme Court. Seriously.
How many of those apples were left on the plane after it landed. Did the airline have to declare the apples they didn’t dispense?
This whole thing stinks.
The airline should have reminded, or not given the snack out so late.
= = =
So the apple snacks that were eaten ...
Where are the cores ?
In the Delta trash, dumped in Denver, and to a landfill?
Better send the ag inspectors out there and dig them all up, and dust for prints! (And DNA, in this day and age.)
