He appointed Sessions, likely with the expectation of getting control of the DoJ and instituting big changes in focus.
A big part of draining the Swamp.
Yeah, I get that. But it seems the motive behind reporting it that way, in this case, was to try to drive a wedge between Trump and his voters.
