If she accepts the decision, her pay will stop immediately. If she appeals ... she will receive her $187,200 salary until the Court of Appeals acts on her appeal. The appeal process usually takes three to five months.

This pig has 30 days to decide, which on day 29 she will appeal, then it will take them ANOTHER FIVE MONTHS to decide to can her arse.

Then there is the election.... If she doesn’t drag it out then the appointed replacement has to seek re-election in November (by law)

If the date passes where the candidate has to file petitions, it will be the following year. So look for them to drag this out until mid-October.
