I usually associate eagles with Colorado or Alaska...not Philadelphia.

A) That's symbolic of Philadelphia as the cradle of liberty; it wasn't always the sh!thole it is now.

B) There are plenty of Bald Eagles in Pennsylvania. Most mornings I see a few just walking the dog.
