I see nothing in the article where the party involved was threatening or acting our of the ordinary in any way. Nor do I see anything where he was in anybody's face.

Hard to see how that is "threatening" or trying to evoke a response, aside from any t-shirt which upsets liberals - which is any t-shirt with a message to the right of Mao.

Assuming she even has a husband, likely he would be a liberal as well. She would not allow him to own or carry.

The man should have demanded the cop go back to whoever it was to warn them that ‘Wasting Police Time” is a crime, as is ‘False Accusation’ which might result in serious jail time and civil lawsuit.
