Cuff THEN search, in that order. You dont pat down until he is in cuffs. And sounds like they may not have been treating him according to his risk level to effect that cuffing.

That means nothing that he was born in Dallas. First of all, that’s what his paperwork says, but who knows where he was whelped? Second, if he was born here, his parents were surely illegals.
Some will try to claim he is a descendant of the Santa Anna era. Very very slim non-existent chance. Generally speaking the very very old Texan families of Mexicans from the pre Republic of texas days aren’t crooks.

Yes, just heartbreaking. Kept hoping but it was not to be. After reading the article from one of the first FR posts on this I was just waiting to see when he died as the article stated he was shot in the back of the head.
There are too many people who were egged on by Obama and the leftists now willing to do anything, including murder. This MUST be stopped.
