One of the LEOs was off duty, the other was on duty and came in to confirm that he had a warrant out for his arrest. And in all the time between stopping him in the store and waiting for the on-duty cop to show, nobody pinned his hands and took them out of his pockets in a control hold, or frisked the guy. Unbelievable.

DPD should be posting the body camera and security camera footage soon, unless the DA says he wants to keep it out of public view to avoid charges of influencing the jury pool. Failing that it will probably leak in a few days anyway.
