If a study is not repeatable it is not science. If your data can't be reviewed it may as well not exist. The environmentalist say that not using these studies will cost lives. Well, preventing industry from progressing cost lives as well. And if your study won't stand up to scrutiny then it is not good science and should not be allowed to impact decisions that effect society and people's lives.
