Trump can fix this with a single executive order to the DHS secretary. Simply order that all Asylum applicants be detained indefinitely and NOT released pending court appearance. The media and George Soros NGOs will go ballistic, but all they can do is sue which will take years and years, but the meanwhile the migrant fraudsters will just stop coming.
We shouldn’t even detain them. Who pays for that? Whose resources are used? Mexico let them in. Mexico should absorb them.
