There are national guard there from non border states. Make CA guard cooks and give them latrine duty.

That’s up to the Feds to do. Abbot legally cannot send Texas National Guard to California by himself - because if a state governor could do that, we’d be overrun by California National Guard enforcing the whims of Governor Brown on the streets of Texas.
