Are the procedures that are referred to as genital mutilation specifically for the purpose of eliminating a woman’s sexual desire, or do they include cosmetic procedures that some of today’s women seek?
In America, is there a requirement that genital mutilation procedures be performed in a licensed medical facility?
A procedure to eliminate sexual desire sounds like a punishment such as making rapists impotent.
Women and blacks vote liberal mostly. Do they hate themselves. Both groups, but Africans especially are after the welfare funds.
Note also how many Jews support the anti-Semitic Democrats. There are many groups that are consumed with self-hatred.
My understanding is that they take a razor and slice off the clitoris. This is not typically a “cosmetic procedures that some of today’s women seek”.
Any “physician” who performs this “procedure” should be subjected to an identical “procedure”.
