I don’t like the chances of the bar, restaurant, hotel or other public accommodation that attempts to do that.

Those are protected classes under the state constitution, and in part the federal constitution.

The interesting case will be when a black women wears a “Black Lives matter” shirt into a bar and gets thrown out.

I think it is probably a good thing that we have not passed laws prohibiting discrimination based on political views.
