Last year they raised the money and took a group to Philmont. This year they went to Sea Base and next year they'll go up north to canoe on rivers and lakes (can't remember the name but it's one of the triple crown of scouting). In between the major trips they go on shorter scouting adventures and do community service projects. They graduated three Eagle Scouts this year. My two Eagle Scout grandsons were in a troop in a much larger town and their scouting experience was almost identical.
As far as I know there have been no girls trying to join the boys and no homosexual boys joining the boys.
The key seems to be dedicated leadership as it takes a tremendous amount of time and commitment.
“no homosexual boys joining the boys”
So, then banning homosexuals would have zero effect.
Then why are you guys so hot and bothered to ensure homosexuals are allowed in??
