Comey was aware of Steele Dossier at least as early as June 2016, 7 months before McStain was USED by Democrats and brought Comey the Dossier in January 2017 (poss. Dec. 2016). Dems thought it would have more credibility if a “republican” brought it to Comey’s attention, and the crippled bastard was only too happy to oblige.
