I remember hearing a pastor explain why it is that we are not in the End Times even though Israel has been re-formed, which the Book of Revelations says is a precondition to the rapture. He said basically that the reason was that Jerusalem was still not the capital of Israel, and that is also a precondition. Now that Jerusalem is recognized as the capital of Israel, can we expect things to happen?

All times are End Times for the believer.
Christ comes again to rule when His subjects stand in the breach and stop the evil one with their very bodies.
The End Times come when the People of the Book stand against the tide of evil that engulfs the world. Then, and only then is Christ in their midst with all His mighty power and absolute authority.
Then and only then, every knee shall bow before the One True God.
