And...what series of Marvel Comics will this movie be based on? Is she the former Captain Marvel? I look for it to tank seriously as comic fans will eschew it. Also, based on her outfit, so will Muslims.
The original Ms. Marvel was Carol Danvers and was a great character back in the day.
I refer to the new character with that name as Ms. Muslim. She is faster than a speeding mortar and can behead her enemies with a single bound! (probably. I have never read anything with her in it)

Danvers is Captain Marvel. She will be the most powerful character in the MCU and advance hype is her movie will change super-hero movies forever. One thing for sure, Captain Marvel movie will be HUGE!!! Ms. Marvel, I’m not so sure about...not familiar with her.

I thought the Death of Captain Marvel was the big multiyear multiseries crossover that ran forever as the Kree/Skrull war, Thanos, all that, culminating in the mid 80s with Marvel’s first graphic novel.
Something that had more going for it than a Dragonball,Sonic the Hedgehog, Pokemon plot about collecting 5 different colored powerful stones.
