Especially if there are other factors involved - like a phone that has been dropped or otherwise subjected to damage...
Thats one. And it meets Apples strict standards. However, not too long ago a survey was done of chargers and cables being sold on Amazon which claimed Apple "Made For Apple" certification, but 90% of them were counterfeit. . . Chinese look-alike knockoffs. Apple doesnt allow anything but genuine stuff in their stores, but people look for bargains.
Thanks. Don’t know if his was counterfeit but it is a possibility.
