The Judge is excited to tell friends that he is on TRUMP's shortlist to be on The Supreme Court!

I say HELL NO! He is a Libertarian so who knows WTF kind of Liberal policies this Judge likes! He will probably be another Kennedy! I also heard him say building The Wall is Unconstitutional!

I know TRUMP was just joking but stay away from Andrew Napolitano! He is too old & too flaky!!!

If he believes he's on Trump's short list for a Supreme Court nomination, he is probably trying to be very ‘middle of the road’ in the things he says publicly - so that he would be confirmable. That, in and of itself, is a negative commentary on his candidacy for such a position.
