because they’re effing stupid? WAR IS NORMAL. It’s part of the fabric of the universe. If there’s peace, there has to be chaos and war. The same analogy was explained in M Night’s Unbreakable. If there is a Superman, the other side of the horizon, there will be a Luthor.
