You mean Europe that brought paved roads, vehicles, airplanes, running water, electricity, and modern medicine? Besides all of those things what has the whiteman done for anyone?
Yep. They have no past great civilizations other than Egypt. They had no written language or history and until the white men came, no concept of mathematics other than 2+1=more.

European rule in East Africa was good on average, but these places had already received some civilization from Arabs and Indians
