This is going to be a real problem. I can only imagine all the rules and regs that bar owners will force themselves to do to avoid prosecution.

This could mean anyone leaving a bar gets in any accident and the server or bar will be arrested.

When I was a bartender in Charlevoix, Mi. back in the early 1990's, all of us bartenders were required to take the state of Michigan's Techniques of Alcohol Management Class.Trust me when I say I would never serve anyone so much as four or more beers in one hour. When I did drink beer back then, it would take me twenty minutes to drink one beer.
