Not writing anything new, but it only takes one time for a customer to have an unpleasant contact with a crazed homeless person in a business and that customer is lost forever. The homeless guy might be there the next day, but the customer won’t.
Happened to me at a Kroger the other day in an affluent part of Atlanta. A dirty bum was standing at the entrance asking every person walking in for money. I said something at customer service and they acted like I was the jerk and said he was “harmless”.
Perfectly stated.
