If it was a false perception the NFL ratings wouldn't have plummeted AND they would not have enacted this policy. It's not that we're too stupid to "understand" why they ae disrespecting the flag, it's that they were too stupid to realize that they crossed the line and Americans will not support anti-Americans.
The nfl has been bleeding money to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars a year since our boycott began. Their stadiums are empty, their merchandise is rotting on the shelf, their season tickets are going unsold. To put it bluntly, the nfl is going down the toilet AND THE OWNERS AND nfl management knows it. To prove my point only ONE CITY in the entire country (New Orleans) said they want to hold the 2024 stupid bowl: JUST ONE!
