Aside from that, this ruling makes as much sense as saying the individual mandate is a tax.
I don't have a problems with twitter.
I can choose who to have contact with and who I avoid; all my choice.

I don’t think the judge has thought thus through because now I go to his court and sue Twitter over there shadow banning people....love to see the mental gymnastics the judge uses to say twitter can shadow ban people.
If its a designated public forum how can twitter block and harass conservatives?

Does this mean he can’t block people from posting incredibly rude and obnoxious responses? It would be fine if anyone can read it - it is a public forum. I sure would want to be able to block who can respond.

I don’t see how Pres. Trump’s blocking of certain Twitter followers is a violation of Constitution. What specific constitutional clauses did the judge reference (ahem)?

I just called three times and got hung up on every time...i told the person who answered we would call the judges phone number and harass her continually and they can do nothing about it as it it free speech...
Just as she is allowing people to harass President Trump on twitter and not allowing him to do anything about it...
