Assuming the models of "greenhouse gases" causing "global warming" have any validity, a fairly good sized volcanic eruption will dump far more "greenhouse gas" into the atmosphere than mankind will. But on the other hand, volcanoes also have the effect of replenishing the atmosphere. No molten core, no volcanoes, no atmosphere, no life.

Greenhouse gas aside, a primary problem is atmospheric ash pollution. It quickly gets picked up by winds aloft and speads around the earth.
The effects of that ash lasts in the atmosphere for many years. that ash reflects sunlight and results in wide spread cooling. You have raised an interesting fact about the green house gasses that prevent the radiation of heat.
Question...... does the volcanic green house gas warming effect offset the volcanic ash cooling effect?
Then, do the volcanic emissions affect the ability of wooly worms to adjust coloration to predict the coming winter?

“Assuming the models of “greenhouse gases...”
I’ve got their models right here.
