Honestly, I could care less if this hero had a “permit”. If he did fine, if he didn’t he’s a hero and the governor will pardon him and do the right thing. Our states are infringing our constitutional rights by forcing permitting.
That’s my thought on “permitting” also. Nothing in the 2nd about that.
