Close the schools rape-rooms/orgy-cells. Cut the real-estate taxes by 60%. Promote small untaxed private schools, and let the parents be in charge of their children's educations.

Those parents that don't care enough to become engaged, their kids can go to reform school.

Reform schools haven't existed for a decade at least.

The most we worried about were getting caught smoking cigs. In either bathroom. And beating that 5 min bell between classes.

NOW PE on the other hand had a Butch women's teacher, she had to 'view' that you showered, disgusting, and degrading, this was in '62 Freshman HS. Thank GOD we only were required the 1 yr. BTW those old blue ROMPERS are coming back in style for both sexes. Ours were Rentals so no names on them. We actually Rented our Text books $15 per yr, and brought them back for a $5 refund, then they rented them out to the next year's class.
