Immunity? Are we nearing pay dirt?Good question. Will McCabe rat out the Hillary minions, or will he just get the "Hillary treatment" from the swamp?

If he’s NOT GUILTY of anything WHY is he requesting IMMUNITY?
To: Magnatron

“#16. The terms of a good immunity agreement ...”
And right there is the out he would have because the Repubs couldn’t put together a “good” immunity agreement if their lives depended on it.

I’m not seeing how anything good can come from this, given the Repubs’ propensity to botch even the most airtight situations handed them.
I agree with those who have stated that any immunity agreement MUST first establish what the testimony will contain and permit no modification, 5th Amendment invocations or backtracking during live testimony, upon threat of revocation of the agreement. Maybe this isn’t permissible - I’m not a lawyer. (Thank God...)
More to the point: McCabe is a man who has been found by the Inspector General to be a LIAR. And we’re to believe that he’ll now tell the truth, given a chance to save his skin?
Fool me once...

McCabe will lie. End of story.
To: Magnatron
Which means he is guilty. Sorry Andy. Your gig is up. No soup for you.
To: CapnJack
Actually...that’s exactly their plan!

Give it to him. Hes a small fish and I want the big kahunas. Give him immunity and then make him sing like a canary. If he plays one little game though, lock him up for life.
What can possibly come of this? We all know who is guilty BUT America does not appear to have an HONEST DOJ who are willing to iindict, let alone even allow Congress to see the documents. We are never going to know what is in the IG report and it is being slow rolled past the Nov election BY DESIGN.

When can executive session be invoked?

This begs the bigger question no one is asking. Why would the Former FBI Deputy Director need to ask for immunity in the first place. FBI agents and senior staff should not be breaking laws. Exactly. People here are talking about him taking out 'bigger fish'. He was the FBI Deputy Director! He's big enough to have to take the consequences of his actions. Make him sit up there and plead the 5th 600 times in a row on camera. I suspect that even a dumbed down America will question that.

Nothing wrong about getting the small fish... get enough of them, do it loudly so hat all the fishes see, and then small fish lose their loyalties and won’t want to risk helping the big ones.
The reason the big fish get into power is the steadfast loyalty of the little fish, which is secured by the protection provided by the large ones.

McCabe seeks immunity? If he rats out ALL of ‘em - AND his fellow thugs in the FBI then maybe immunity.
If not, but the jerkoff in prison... or have him put to death for treason.

There has been no reason to vote "R" for some time now - I have lost track, but IMHO it started back when Rove/Bush would not defend a single thing they did against the constant 24/7 attacks from the commie left and their propaganda machine the old stream media.

Use immunity not blanket immunity from all prosecution
Still, McCabe lawyers cannot resist taking a swipe at trump in their request. Unrepentant.
Grassley wisely asks what can McCabe give him if immunity granted, and McCabe lawyers respond that mccabeis not in any position to predict what information he could give -> fake request, grassley shouldignore it
