These “jungle primaries” seem to Unconstitutional on their face.

By stipulating that the top two vote getter, regardless of party, face off in the general denies full representation of other political parties. Of course, that’s what they wanted.

I also noted that the total votes cast in CA for the TWO REP Gov candidates was over 150,000+ than the total for the DEM. Frank Luntz FatHead has the data out on Twizzler.

Sorry, but Parties do not appear in the Constitution. The jungle primary is closer to the spirit of the Founders than the conventional two party jugf*ck.
