I'm sure you asked that question with your tongue planted firmly in your cheek.

Regardless, complying with a citizen's claim of arrest would be laughed at by someone like Obama who is used to committing treason against his own country.

Besides, you'd never get anywhere close to him. You'd be the one arrested by the Secret Service before you could get a word out.

Unless things have changed in the last year or two (before Obungo left office) Elected or appointed criminals are not exempt from the RICO statutes and any citizen can file charges for violations.

Or group of citizens, I assume.
I am not a lawyer, but I can dream with the best of them...
