So your position is that marijuana should be illegal because it is a foreign and toxic chemical substance that doesn't elevate society in any way, and actually makes it worse ... but alcohol and tobacco should NOT be illegal although they are foreign and toxic chemical substances that don't elevate society in any way, and actually makes it worse?
