I agree with the dud prediction. Horowitz is a Democrat deep stater. People say that he is a straight shooter, but they said that about Comey, Mueller, and Sessions, too.
It will ether be a nothing burger, or it will not be released.
Me too, will say they all mishandled the “matter” incorrectly and no recommendation for charges.
Nothing ever happens to a Democrat even when Republicans are in control of it all.

Probably. I’m concerned that there has been too much delay during which various people likely scrubbed the important stuff.
I predict it will make extensive use of the word, “inappropriate.” That’s the establishment’s favorite word when it wants to look like it’s punishing someone, without actually doing anything to them.
What do We The People do if the IG report was “cleansed” and redacted to cover the crimes and those guilty of the crimes? We will truly have no justice in this country if that happens!
This “report” is misnamed if the subjects of it can dicker over its facts. Maybe, if we’re “lucky”, they’re willing to toss some poor slob under the bus...
With low expectations, I may be happy with what we actually get for 18? months of 500 Very Special Agents working their butts off to get to the bottom of government perfidy and sedition.

After an exhaustive multi- faceted investigation, involving hundreds of people, thousands of hours of interviews we have found, even though there were mistakes made, and inappropriate actions we did not find criminal intent. Therefore, it is suggested Congress uses this investigation and repot as a guide on how to avoid these mistakes in the future. (OR TOILET PAPER, because this matter has come to a close)
I suspect the report is being oversold and will instead do a bit of circle the wagon damage control for agency and folks. And without prosecutorial authority it will focus on fixing, not prosecuting and holding people accountable.
You will wonder where the yellow went when you brush with pepsodent. Consider this jingle as a guide. Everything has been glossed over by now. Reduce you expectations now or risk an aneurism. Face it we been punked. The ole Washington two step.
