Exactly right. There will be some red meat for both party bases and that will be it. Nothing will happen.

The GOP fully supports the Mueller coup because it allows them to seize the beltway agenda from a politically POTUS. All the big GOP donors like the Koch Brothers are far more in tune with the Democrat party than Trump. So the GOP leaves him bare behind to the wind time and again.
