Zullo and Gallups seem convinced that someone will flip soon.
I dont think so.
But it made me think that the whole we found a latent fingerprint on one of the layers is just a bluff to try and scare someone.
BTW, Zullo said Jack Maskell is an Obama appointee.
But Maskell has been with the Congressional Research Service for years before Obama became President.
I didn’t question the hospital name. Look at the race box on this. I’m saying in 1961 there were only two choices. Caucasion or negro. No “ Native American, no Hawaiian, no African, no French, no German......you get my drift.
Here is the 1961 coding manual for birth certificates. Page 11 lists the races for the child based on the race of the parent.

Hmmm. Well, on the 1959 cert, I only saw a box for Mom and Dad’s race. Even with the 11 codes in the ‘61 guide book, I don’t see “African” anyplace. Actually, I lived on Oahu ‘57-59. First in Manoa Valley then in Pearl City. Dad was Navy. Then I was Navy. Then youngest daughter was Navy....
Somewhat related:
"The code for this item is from the information given for race of parents. The race classification of each parent must be considered separately in coding the race of the child."
It is not possible to code the child's race as Japanese or Chinese or whatever if the those entries are not in the boxes for race of parent.
And further down on the page under the heading "Determining race of parent" - item (3) says:
"If the racial entry is "C," "Col.," "Black," "brown," or "A.A.,"Afro-American" and the birthplace is the United States consider the parent's race as Negro. If the birthplace of the parent is not in the United States code as other nonwhite."
So the clearly they drew a distinction between Blacks born in the U.S. and those born somewhere else.
In the 1962 Kenya census under race - "African" is one of the categories.
It seems reasonable that a Black man from Kenya would list his race as "African".
Of course, this could be a clever photoshop, but it looks to me like totally like Barry smirking behind that mask!
