They Wall was voted FOR by Congress in about 2006. They also funded money- but I do NOT remember how much.
Why should there have to be another vote to build THE WALL ???
As I’ve heard it discretionary spending (like the wall) is only good for two years then has to be renewed. That’s why it’s important that the wall be finished in two years.
