To: Blue House Sue

A criminal charge is not a conviction; and even if he was convicted of some bogus trial, that fact can’t be used in a civil trial. Even more so if does an Alford plea.

I seriously doubt the prosecutor can find a unanimous jury to convict him.

That may be the case, or they could get a conviction.

However, by the end of such a process he will have a very steep lawyer bill.
