I doubt it. After a jury hearing the testimony from the neighbors and past behavior of the little shit, he won’t get a dime. Mr. Conte’s wife has a just a good a claim against the little brat, too.
“Little Alex” has no ground to stand on and isn’t going to get a penny (outside of the taxpayers providing three hots and a cot when he inevitably goes to prison).

The spoiled brat learned a good life lesson. Maybe it will help him. I doubt Mr Conte will insist on payment for the lesson though, being a nice guy.
