What they are doing is effectively moving the border NORTHWARD.The majority population becomes Mexican and, culturally if not legally, the land is theirs.
If you came home from work one day and found strangers had broken into your home would you be ok with them leaving their children for you to care for when they are arrested? Would you be required to?
