The point is...in Russia violent criminals never get the opportunity to get their hands on guards weapons.
When they are out of their cell, even for another court appearance, they are treated like violent criminals.
No out of shape deputy or female deputy is used, just big strong men who are allowed to keep the prisoner subdued.
