Not sure where you stand on this KC.. but I don’t agree with legalizing it.. MANY FReepers will disagree here.. but, this is one law that should remain..
To me I would just follow the precedent set by alcohol, if states are legalizing that is fine, but if some places don't want to they have the right to not to allow it to be sold in their state or county as well.
