The problems is because of lax enforcement in the past there is a great deal of precedent to skirt the law.

Another problem is liberal advocacy groups. They have done a great deal to 'muddy the waters' often citing precedent instead of laws.

With court challenges involved, I don't believe Trump could get it fixed in two terms. Add to that the fact many of our elected leaders don't want it fixed or want immigration enforcement to become even more lax and it's a long uphill battle.

Re-establishing immigration enforcement is going to be a long process and liberals are going to fight and challenge every law.

The thing that is enraging to me and you mentioned it are the illegal alien activist groups that make outrageous demands while parading illegal aliens desecrating our flag and carrying theirs.

They should all be put in irons, as a starter.
