Thanks. Any specifics on that in mind? It would be interesting to know as to whether or not she's in the Criminal Division of the DOJ, too (re. political restrictions). She's reportedly a paralegal and has expressed some confidence that she'll keep a position.

Looks like we've been having a conflict between the Judicial and the other two branches for some time. It appears that the Judicial has been angling for a de facto full takeover.
