When I lived in the Houston area, I was listening to a talk show and a kindergarten teacher called in and started relating the lack of hygiene, and certain unhygienic practices among students from Central America. It was so outrageous the host had to cut her off.

No surprise. The Indians/southeast Asians employed by Citibank at their campus in Las Colinas (North Irving/Coppell) would use the restrooms to bathe themselves.

This was about ten years ago, when I was doing contract work there. It was so bad, I would use restrooms on other floors that were bereft of these people.
