If the following CA and TX gov't numbers are to be believed...

Somewhere around ~300,000 (net) Californian's moved to Texas in the last 10 years.

In roughly 6 years, around ~500,000 foreigner's moved to Texas.

Seems like foreign immigration into Texas outpaces that from CA.

I think those foreigners, and whatever their beliefs and values are might be of more concern since no doubt the majority of them are coming from 3rd world countries who are illiterate in the language of their home country, because most likely those migrating from CA to TX are small business owners and moderate to conservative folks who are fed up with CA politics.
